Add MP3

The MP3 filetype is the standard in Audio Program publishing.
In order to Podcast an audio file, it must be converted or saved in MP3 format.

The most straight forward way to create MP3 files is to use Audacity to record
WAV programming, and then use Zamzar to convert it to MP3.
Task 036a shows how to do this.

A second option is to add MP3 to Audacity.
Task 036b shows how to do this.

Convert your Task 035 Audio Program from WAV to MP3.
Then proceed to Task 037 to post the MP3 on your Blog.
